Ensalada de Milpa Cruda

(Serves 6)

1 lb. Milpas (purple tomatillo), chopped
1 Nectarine, diced
1 Armenta Farms Avocado, diced
1 lime, juice
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
3 tbsp. red onion, finely diced
2 serranos, diced
3 tbsp. Champagne Vinegar
1 tbsp. honey
salt to taste

1. Combine all ingredients, add avocado last.
2. Serve with grilled chicken or fish.
